Muntadas will be at EZTV on Tuesday October 18 ay 8pm as the first artist in the video series this fall. Muntadas deals with a criticar analysis of the pervasive role of media in Western Society. He addresses this phenomenon through its own imagery and techniques, exposing the seduction of the media mechanisms. He will be showing Political Advertisemnt, 1984, This is not an Advertisement, 1985, Between the Frames, 1986; and the new tape Slogans, 1986.Muntadas moved from Spain to the United States in 1971 and makes his home in New York. His work has been shown internationally.
